Nervous System Reset Sound Meditation
This 20-minute Nervous System Reset sound meditation is designed to provide deep relaxation and help restore, refresh, and rejuvenate your nervous system.
In today's fast-paced world, chronic stress can over-activate our sympathetic nervous system—the part of our nervous system that handles the "fight or flight" response. This can lead to issues like anxiety, health problems, and mental fatigue.
By resetting the nervous system, we can counteract these effects and promote relaxation and well-being through the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system—the part that takes care of "rest and digest" functions.
This soothing meditation features calming nature sounds, crystal bowls, koshi chimes, an original piano composition written and performed by me, Annie Lenora, and beautiful vocal pieces: “Illumination” by Michael McGann and “All is Found” by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, both performed by me.
These elements work together to activate your heart chakra and bring your nervous system back into balance.
I hope you enjoy this meditation and find it a peaceful way to restore your inner calm.
